In an effort to better service our current and future client base Integrity has chosen to purchase the industry leading Autotask Software to manage our internal business practices. This new set of tools will give us the ability to better track clients, issues, call routing, subscriptions and licensing, client documentation, and much much more giving us at the fingertips access to everything about the networks we manage. This software also very tightly integrates with our Online Backup and Managed Services softwares to automatically generate tickets should there be issues related to our clients sites. It also provides us with a new client portal to submit tickets, view current status of open issues, and review issue history as well. It is a really cool set of tools.

All in all this will help us to be even more proactive in supporting our valued customers.
